Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the Epson ET-8550 printer and I've been having some issues with the firmware update. I tried to update it following the instructions on the Epson website, but it keeps failing. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the ET-8550 firmware update? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
