I recently purchased an Epson SC P9500 printer and I'm having trouble using the adjustment program on my Windows 10 computer via USB connection. Whenever I try to run the program, it doesn't work properly and I'm not sure what the issue is. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
